You might have known about a commercial mortgage broker who lends mortgages for commercial purpose; heard of friends who may have approached them for quick finance in order to start or expand their night club.

Did you ever know that big breweries will also help you fund your business needs? They can help you if you need money to start of your new club, pub or other restaurant with bar.

What do you have to do in return?

You will have to get your liquor supply from them. You sign up a contract with them that all your beer, wine, gin, whisky and other liquor supply would be bought from them and no one else. With this signing up of contract you can enjoy some benefits too.

Your loan rates will be reduced and you can earn discounts on your liquor deals too. Imagine you were to buy liquor in bulk from them, then they would offer you some free stock. For example for every 3 0r 4 kegs, you may get one free.

Apart from this free stock, you can also enjoy off invoice discounts. You can get a percentage off on your monthly invoice of liquor purchase.

Some brewery owners may also practise rebate offs. What is this rebate offs? You may get a cheque back as a token of appreciation for having been associated with their company for long.

This cheque may be a rebate once in a quarterly, biannually or annually. Interesting isn't it? It has worked in the past and is the most conventional way of borrowing funds for night clubs.

Paying up a deposit becomes very helpful to impress the lender. To prove that you are a potential borrower and will return back the loan amount soon, the deposit works.
